At Karzon Sportz, our mission is to empower kids and spark a lifelong love for sport and movement.
Founded by Clara Karzon — a passionate personal trainer, fitness instructor, mum of two boys, and experienced school sports provider — Karzon Sportz brings energy, fun, and expertise to every session.

We also offer convenient corporate fitness classes for school teachers, either before or after school. We understand how busy life can get, especially for teachers who rarely have time to hit the gym — so we bring the gym to you! From Zumba and boxing to Pilates and circuit training, our qualified instructors deliver a variety of classes designed to get hearts pumping and energy flowing.

Our engaging programs keep children active, entertained, and smiling. From dynamic school and after-school sports to action-packed vacation care and unforgettable sports-themed parties — Karzon Sportz has something for everyone.
With years of experience in both education and coaching, Clara is committed to helping kids build confidence, learn new skills, and create lasting memories through sport. We proudly work with both Independent and Public schools, always driven by a single goal: making fitness fun and accessible for all.

Based in Sydney, NSW, we also run our vibrant programs across QLD and VIC. Every member of our enthusiastic coaching team holds a valid Working With Children Check or Blue Card, plus fitness qualifications, First Aid, CPR, and insurance — so you can rest assured your kids are in safe, capable hands.

MEET CLARA!
Hi, I’m Clara, the founder of Karzon Sportz.
​
My journey into fitness began at a young age after facing a serious medical condition. Exercise quickly became more than just movement—it became my outlet, my therapy, and my way to cope with life’s challenges. After leaving school in Year 10 and undergoing brain surgery, I knew I wanted to turn my passion into purpose.
​
A few months later, I enrolled into Tafe to complete my Certificate III and IV in Fitness. Now, with over 10 years of experience under my belt, I’ve made it my mission to inspire the next generation—one school at a time.
